Okay, I am on board with reviving the blog... now that I have a cutie to post pics of.

Hi ladies, the comment was made that the blog might be too much for me. Yes, it has taken quite a bit of effort on my part, but I have conquered the system. So look out, now I can blog and secretly I have always wanted to. Seriously, I do hope we can start using this more it looks like so much fun and so fancy, too. I just made my text blue!

In other news, I am celebrating that it is December. I just worked way too many days and nights in a row and Vijay's schedule has been a disaster. Anyway, things should be better now and supposedly we're going to attempt some further wedding planning/discussions this month. Don't hold your breath, but you'll be the first to know if we actually reach any conclusions. I'm sending this photo because I figured out how to do so-hahahaha.

If I somehow figured out how to do this, I amaze myself. This is really just a test to see if I'm as cool as I think I am. Speaking of, yesterday Luke and I went to the health department to get our flu shots, and he didn't cry at all. I couldn't believe it. Afterwards, I said "Luke, you are awesome," to which he replied, very matter-of-factly, "I AM awesome." It was hilarious.

Okay, so if this works, I am going to try to upload some pictures next. And you all have to follow in my footsteps, because if I can do this, anyone can. Well, maybe anyone but Mel. Ha ha ha ha!!!

How to Blog

You guys should've each gotten an email from Blogger that tells you your log on info to blogger so that we can get back on the Nutty Blog.

Once you recover your username and password (it may force you to set up a google mail account), you can start blogging!!

Here's some simple instructions on how to do it:
1 - Log in to https://www.blogger.com/start
2 - It should take you to a page labelled "Dashboard" with a list of your blogs. Could be only the Nutties or perhaps you have others
3 - In The Nutties section, you will see links to View Blog or New Post.
4 - To post a new blog entry, click on "New Post"
5 - Put in a title such as "How to Blog"
6 - In the compose tab, start typing.
7 - When you have spoken your mind, click on "Publish Post"
8 - VOILA!! You are a blogger

More advanced techniques:

*Add tags to your post such as reunion or babies by typing words separated by commas in the "Labels for this post" field at the bottom of the Compose tab. Tags allow us to then look at all posts related to a topic regardless of when we posted them.
* Add pictures to your post by clicking on the landscape icon in the Compose pane. That will bring up another window for you to upload a picture. Like so:

When you upload the picture, it pops it into your Compose pane and let's you move it around and resize it with your mouse. Cool.

* You can also add video by clicking on the icon that looks like film and uploading a video clip...like so:

Oh, and I enabled comment verification so that we won't get spam like we did on my last posting.
